Returns

All items except clothing, swimwear and shoes are Final Sale. Sale merchandise is Final Sale. International orders are Final Sale at this time.

If, for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return eligible unworn merchandise in original condition with all tags attached for a refund within 21 days of purchase. Refunds will be made for the purchase amount less the shipping charges.

Kariella wants you to be happy with anything you buy from us, however we are a small business and have a stricter return policy than larger online retailers in order to stay in business.

Return Instructions - Domestic Orders

Email your order number to returns@kariella.com and we will email you a return shipping label.

A fee of $7.95 will be deducted per return. Drop off your return at any USPS facility or with your postal carrier www.usps.com

Returns are processed within 5 business days once we receive your parcel. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed your return.

Kariella is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Please note that refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process by your bank.

Price Adjustments + Price Matching

We are a small local boutique business. At this time, we unfortunately cannot offer price matching or make price adjustments in order to compete with our much larger competitors.
